New Edition Fan Club Refund policy
Fans who paid the fan club membership in full can request a full refund in three days. After three days, the membership is not refundable.
If fans pay only a deposit, and not the full amount of a membership, fans have 30 days to cancel before the next payment is due to request a refund. After 30 days, the deposit is not refundable.
If a fan contacts a bank to file a claim stating the membership payments is unauthorized in an attempt to get the money back, a copy of the refund policy will be forward to the bank as proof the fan agreed to pay the membership. The person making the claim that the payment is unauthorized will be billed $38.00 Charge back fee by the fan club.
If a fan has a dispute and would like to request a refund after the refund policy has expired. The fan can contact the fan club by email, mail or phone to submit their request for a refund. A manager will review the request and make a decision. The fan will be notified of the decision.
